sorry, I just feel like bitching because of the customer yesterday. So far, I have never met anyone who likes to *ji chou* (bear grudges) and this old woman is the freaking first! okay, she isn't exactly an old OLD woman, but in her fifties, anyway, she's kinda like a regular at the cafe, so the last time, she came with her husband and they had a guest with them. I took the order, and the guest was asking about the mushroom soup, however she did not specify she wanted the soup, nor did she specify she wanted the set meal, thus, eventually I ordered the main course for her, a la carte, and when out came the main course, without her soup, she was asking for it and claimed she ordered it. This is damn irritating because after my supervisor helped me settle it by changing her order to a set meal, I thought the incident was over. Lo and behold, she came with her husband yesterday and they were telling me; oh, you were the one who took the wrong order the last time right? How could you serve the main course before the soup, like wrong order of food? Then I was like, shock, coz I totally did not expect them to rake up the incident again, nor did I take the wrong the order, because the guest did not order the set meal. It got me freaking pissed, because they were kinda blaming me for something that I did not do wrong and since I felt I should not argue with the customer, I left it at that and apologised, because "customer is king". But I totally hated her, because what kind of old woman does that? Completely humiliate the staff? I mean, people who knows me know I don't hate people easily, and if I really did, I really did. Din't know she was such a mean old bitch. I'm sorry for calling her that, anyway, after which, her husband asked me switch the TV channel to chnl 8 and this was what she said, this girl don't know one, only that girl know, I was like WTF (and I don't scold WTF so easily), it's like how should I know when I am new, the TV was spoilt previously and no one taught me how to use it???????????????????????????????????????????????? I totally hate her and hope I will NEVER see her again, maybe I should just stop work soon. Regardless, my emotions are still quite intensed coz yesterday I was trying to hold it back and I was bitching to the chef and he gave me a chopper and that made me laugh and feel better, but anyway, yeah, I seldom bitch about anyone and so since I do here, it must really be bad, and it was. She was the most unfortunate event in my life yesterday.
